Conservatives cut funding for women's groups, close 75% of Status of Women offices

Key women's groups lost funding under the Status of Women's Canada cutbacks in 2010, which is a major blow to women's equality and advocacy. This comes after 12 of 16 Status of Women offices were shut down by Harper in 2006.
